Moveset swaps that freeze, t-stance, or other complications.

Has anyone begun this? I want moveset swaps to be able to be used without the fear of freezing or t-stance. I'm making a list of all character with a certain character's moveset and which moves freeze your wii, give a t-stance, and other complications.

Currently, I'm finishing up all the characters that load with Peach's moveset.

Any help is appreciated. If you'd like to help, just PM or AIM me.

No, I'm not trying to get a character submitted. I just want people to be able to play with moveset swaps without having to worry about freezing. I could care less about submitting them. All I'm doing is getting the codes for all moveset swaps (that work) and testing them for the various problems that have.

I am pretty sure that we can't take animations of other characters and add them to a character that you want. Yet.

edit: i thought that this was for PSA. and that is not going to happen. we are already busy on other stuff.

O.o, I'm just doing moveset swaps. I'm not asking anything that complicated. I'm not trying to combine several different movesets. Just one moveset. I'm confused what you think I'm doing.

Edit: if you come on AIM, I can give you an example of what I am doing.

Meaning any character that switches with Peach's moveset are fully functional.

Actually, I don't even know what a PSA is, lol.

But this is what I'm doing. I'll take all the characters that can have their moveset swapped with Peach's and get their codes. Some don't load, some do nothing. I test all their moves, looking for the following:

WF: Wii Freeze
OWF: Occasional Wii Freeze
T: T-stance
TT: Temporary T-stance
MT: Movable T-stance
TMT: Temporary Movable T-stance
CF: Character Freeze w/o t-stance
SO: Stuck On (When your opponent is stuck to you)

Then I report in a txt file.

ooo, I see. Alright, i see. And just so you know, Smoom, PSA=Project Smash Attacks, a program made by Phantom Wings that lets us edit movesets. The moveset codes are, by far, inferior.

well, if your beyond Peach, here is what manchu does
-side b=dashes like ganon, but then transforms into pikachu, moves about the same distance as the dash, then reappears as manchu(moving CF)
-downb(WF)
-b(WF)
-up B(moving CF) doesn't stop unless attacked)

just if you get bored. you can do what you want, it's your project.

You may be able to use Paprika Killer's Conditional Action Modifier to prevent T-stances by stopping the character from trying to perform any animations they think they can perform but can't.

Hm... that sounds interesting. But I'm not very good at technical things. If you'd like to join me and do that, you're welcome to. But I don't think I could.

This was done a while ago.

No one loads with Bowser's moveset almost as if the code is broken.

Here are the characters that don't load(A.K.A, freeze the Wii) with Peach's moveset:

I already know that. I'm testing individual MOVES. Not characters. We don't know which moves of EVERY moveset don't work.
