It was a fire spell from a generic hand-drawn RPG -- I haven't played it. X-play reviewed it about a year ago, and the spoof that they made about that quote was hilarious.

yup. completely random. well, in SSBM it is anyway.

as for the task at hand, id say anything colonel campbell says toward the end of MGS 2: sons of liberty. his lines get kinda creepy if your alone. examples? observe:

Campbell: "I need scissors. SIXTY-ONE!"

or

Campbell:"Turn off the system now. youve been playing MUCH too long. Youll hurt your eyes sitting that close to the tv."

....wierd no?

I'd have to say everything from StarFox 64. It's all so cheesy and annoying. I used to put the game on mute because I couldn't stand the dialogue.

Those two quotes make me bang my head against a wall and scream bloody murder!



The game overall was very good though.

I forget the game it was fro, but the quote was a Russian agent saying "If I sneak up behind him I can hit him over the head and put him into dreaming without being noticed." I thought it was pretty funny.

me and all m college friends eat, sleep, and breath StarFox 64 quotes. When we're carpooling to lunch, playing DDR and PIU and MvC2 in the mall....everywhere, everyday, its always "DO A BARREL ROLL!!!" and the whole lot for whenver they are most appropriate.
I think thers like 5 or so "barrel roll" YTMND.com sites comemorating its cheesey-glory.

"FOOOOOOOOX! That was one of ours!! >:O" (when someone makes a horrible mistake in MvC2, resulting in the death of his assist character)
etc, etc, etc...and we're always making them up on the spot. But here's our favorite.

"To bad DADS not here to see you FAIL!!!!!!" is our favorite one. We use that anytime someone loses in a videogame, or fails at anything they attempt.
If you think about it, its quite possibly the cruelest words ever spokeon from a nintendo game.

I was at a friends house and he was playing FFX and he started right at the part where he's about to marry Yuna. Just the fact that his name was Seymour made me laugh my face off.

Also, the escence of Voldo in Soul Caliber 3's pretty weird

Also, if you pause the game in certain points in SSBM while you're playing Event 51, you'll see perverted things

On Pokemon Emerald in the Battle Frontier, one of the trainers in one of the Battle Places says "Please don't make out with me". That's the only awkward one I remember actually seeing.

Speaking of pokemon, I think it's in the Ver-dan-turf city in R/S/E, in the top-right corner of the contest place, the woman over there says something about really 'liking' pokemon (hinting at it in a sexual way), then giving you a TM so you would keep her secret.

1. During the first level in the second verse the ghost chef goes, "Toast the buns!" and in the backround you hear him saying, "My buns are very toasty."

2. When you play as the Onion Karate dude in Vs. mode whenever you screw up he goes 'Iyahh!' My cousin and I just did that the entire time
