Minor Texture hacking difficulties

As the title says.

I'm using ASH, and I'm on step 2, I already edited the pictures and all, but when I try to push it back into a .pac file it says that the files are unrecognized or something, and thus invalid.

I made sure I replaced all the files and they are Targa files... though if it means anything the files now say they are Adobe Photoshop Targa files.

It also told me many of the file's colors weren't indexed, to my surprise. I'm pretty sure I went into Images/ Mode / Index Colors... I re-saved all the files, yadda yadda yadda.


Hopefully something in there was a red flag... because I have no clue what I did wrong.

Please someone help meh x__X

I have had some difficulty getting this all to work, myself (random crashes while using my custom CSPs) so I shouldn't advise you personally.
