Also, I'm fairly certain the Minion definition expanded to all minions a few posts ago..

It is for minions from other games as well not just kirby. My secret project is a minion from another game. I'm having some troubles with him. I can't get him to work over anyone. I've added the bones but it freezes like 5 seconds after choosing him on the css even if i press start and go to the stage select screen and choose a stage it freezes and its a silent beep.

By the way I think you can post your toad in here too since he is a minion

Camonsters, do you have a MotionEtc file you're trying to load with the new model? that may be one problem. if you want, i can look at the file and see if i can get it to work. and yes, i will keep the project a secret, it's just kind of hard to diagnose the problem with a lack of details.

that would be me working on Waddle Doo. right now, i have him working almost glitch-free on Olimar, but i can't use the in-game animations because i had to rename all his bones. animations are comming slowly, i have finals in about two weeks, and i'm way behind homework wise. i took this week off work to catch back up on homework, so nothing much until about the end of the month. i have nothing going on during May, so that's when i'll get most of him done. no offense, but school comes first.

i suppose i could upload the working model at least. if he has no MotionEtc file, then he uses Olimar's animations, which is probably the first model i've seen not T-pose in that situation. but for some reason, his model flashes in and out, and i'm not sure how to fix it yet.

basically saying, progress is slow, but it's more than nothing.

Quite impressive that you took your time for making Navi, even that small portion of him that you made. In my eyes its just an little annoying fairy, anyways thumb up for that ^^.

Also, big big big big big bigb bigb bigb big bbgib big big bigBIG Kirby fan here so can't wait for just one of these to finish. Especially Waddle Doo, Axe Knight and Sir Kibble. Will also be interesting to see how Wheelie will work out. How will you make Axe Knight and Sword Knights models? I have seen a Blade Knight model somewhere at Elite Smash Hackers if that should be of any help.

No. We will not work on things other people are putting work in. Someone else is working on Bowser Jr. If you do not know, please check the Custom Content forum more throughly.

and I am currently almost done the stage. so...maybe might be getting an evil master plan soon. :p

Edit: grrrr I hit a stump with the stage, does anyone remember the thread about 2d stages because I remember that someone found out how to make 2d stage animations....and I neeeeeed to know how

okay, so i felt kinda bad that i said what i said, so here's my apology;

like i said, i dont have many animations done, just mostly movement animations. but the main reason i do this is to get some ideas going around on how to get Waddle Doo to be the best he can be. included with the download is a list of his current moveset, which is also on the OP, and a bunch of different colors for costumes as well.

right now, the main glitch he has is not being able to pick up items, but there's no way i can fix it now. also, his model flickers in and out, i'm not sure what's causing it, but nothing that will freeze the game.

i also do this so i can get a bit of feedback on the animations. i know i need to touch up the walking and running animations, and i have no attack animations done yet, those are next. he also uses Olimar's animations if i haven't made one yet, so those will look wierd.
a list of animations done: jumps and double jumps, falls, guarding, walking, running, turning, and only wait 1, 22 animations out of ... a lot more.

so enjoy Waddle Doo 0.0.2.

and before i get asked, 0.0.1 was what was originally put up, glitch filled, before i fixed it up.

going to try out the waddle doo right now. and about the tutorial, it only shows you how to make 2d stages but not how to make animations for them. :(

Edit: waddle doo is coming along nicely but I thought that he had all of the moves in the readme when I read it.

and I haven't released the newer version yet because I haven't changed enough things.
also right now I'm off to learn how to PSA better so the the next time that you see me I'll be a freakin king at PSA. :laugh:

Ahhhhh, PSA is freakin awesome. :)

I just gave wheelie his running attack and it works fantastic...sooooo expect a release soon.

also, my master plan is almost complete MUAHAHAHAAAA :flame:
