I disagree because town doesn't want to risk losing town as the first player to recieve the gun is cleared. While it's plausible that wifom of wanting to be shot is in play, it's pretty clear cut

I'm not sure how that relates to what we were talking about.

Scum can't lurk. It actually makes them more likely to be a target. Fear of standing out as a lurker should give natural incentive for scum to be vocal instead. And I expect that they will want the townie with the gun to shoot quickly, without really thinking about it, urged on by scum. If they hit town, then great (for scum), if they hit scum, then great (for the scum partner that looks great for bussing that scum).

Well, I said I was going to get shot if soup wasn't scum because that was before he retracted he was going to shoot me and said if he was shot he quick-fire. I said scum because he was quick to accuse.
