Umm no. When you have 5 man lylo it's 3 town vs 2 maf. If you lynch town, town loses automatically. It's because town can no longer get a majority lynch over mafia. That's what wins games for mafia.

actually trg i did think you were townie at first go, like i had in my early reads, but after dietz speil, my "follow up " on it and your reaction, i'm feeling a lot more comfortable with what my read is now. It's also why orbo wouldn't comment before, we were waiting out reading your reactions, posts and intents from that to determine whether or not you were scum.

Couldn't run the risk of trying to argue my way out of a lynch and getting quick lynched with the way things have been going. I have a role to protect. You, Rake, and Dietz all painted me in a corner from the get go and never let up so I had no reason to believe that I had a good chance of taking the heat off of me.

i think i've told a lot of people this but it's always intent and reactions that make a different in mafia, anyone can make a post look nice as scum and any townie can write a bad post whether by virtue of being a weaker player or just having bad reads or whatever, but it's where the intent lies beyond that which really advances reads

I remember your town read.

But after my response to "THE QUESTION" I was scumread by 3 people afterwards all the way till now. If I didn't have a role to protect I wouldn't have reacted as strongly towards you but I had to take the heat off of me somehow cause words clearly weren't doing jack **** for me. lol

Half my harassing was getting a read onnyou till the last ~12 hours

we cant all be scum though, so by virtue of this do you still think dietz is the lyncher and me the mafiasto ? Why would i help lyncher dietz win, unless you think I'm just trusting the heart of the cards that my town read on dietz is right ? If i'm the maf i wouldn't be ok with just any lynch. And the opposite is true to, there's no reason dietz as mafia posts that hed rather lose to an indy lyncher rake than let go of you. Which is why i town read dietz partially. Also, i've played with dietz a bit and at the very least as the mafiasto in that case, he wouldn't let me have my way if he thought it was a possibilty

Naw it's all good not like anything's going on this game anyway. I do want to help you with clarification. In that case the wincon may change but I don't think I've ever seen a case where mafia doesn't win when they = the rest of the game's number of players.

This is bad advice. Read his early play in the mindset of a town doc. Rolling town doc does not mean play as a VT. When you roll VT your mission is to sponge the NK because your NK means that a PR isn't NK'd in your place. When you roll a PR, you play to how your role is advantageous to your faction.

I was planning on it up until "THE QUESTION."

Not ****ing kidding when I kept saying it was suspicious as **** to me. I legit saw scum intent behind it and thought I was actually doing myself a favor for not entertaining a post like that until it somehow lead to a scum read by Dietz. The rest is history.

But no point in arguing over spilled milk, and honestly who gives a **** about who's at fault here cause as far as I'm concerned this game is still live and it's a game I intend to win.

It's not difference of philosophy. You, specifically, are the type of player a scum team would love to off. If you roll a powerful PR, you'd be being a detriment to town to play the way you normally play cuz your powerful PR becomes useless. If you're BP, you should play even MORE like your normal brownie townie play. That's why meta fags have PR tells on people, to get an idea if someone is playing like they have a PR or not. And then they're wrong because using meta is stupid.
