Terrible reasoning, TRG needs to feel the pressure. If we pressure him enough he will probably drop hints on whom his lynch target could be, which by extended logic gives us a clear townie. Unless you have reason to believe that TRG isn't the lyncher you definitely want it to happen.

I thought I made it clear that I'm lynching Rake. I'm not voting for anyone other than Rake. I can't make it anymore obvious that he has clearly been riding Dietz's jock throughout this game so far to try to push for an easy lynch on me. Take note on how he STILL has yet to make a case against me despite his unwavering attitude towards having a solid scum read on me. The dude reeks of scum pushing for an easy lynch.

Hell if it weren't for Zen actually using his brain I'd probably be gone already and you guys would be 1 town down with Rake of all people leading the way... Is that really what we want here?

I'm willing to bet this is what Rake has been banking on considering I am the "new guy" after all. But as Rake has found out if I'm going out I'm going out guns blazing.

I think you were surprised Rake would ask such a question and started thinking of how to answer it. You gave a general answer on the basis that giving a complex one would tip off scum to what you were looking for, a reasonable enough if evasive answer. But then you kept thinking about it and trying to flip it as if Rake had asked you a personal question, until the point you didn't notice Orbo had changed the question into "What would you do as scum?". Well you were already thinking about that a second ago, after all you're scum, but there's no way you could tell us, you'd be selling yourself out. So you gave the same answer.

But wait, that doesn't make sense: no scum would play the way you do and benefit fully from it. If anything they'd have to avoid playing the way you just pointed out to avoid suspicion, making their play harder. So you started stalling while you thought of a reasonable answer and tried to dismiss the question as "wifom" that had nothing to do with you. But we wouldn't drop it, so eventually you just told us exactly what you'd do,what you're already trying to do, and hoped that would be good enough.


Is that about right?

That post from Dietz is what started this wagon in the first place. Rake read it and jumped on the opportunity to get a push going against me. But unlike Orbo who's pushing me for reactions Rake is "100%" sure I'm Mafia and is willing to "quick Mafia forever" if I'm town.
