Last game I played with him he took a very laid back non-agreesive approach to scum hunting and he claimed he regretted playing that way so I'm liking his slight change in play style.

In terms of whether that makes him town or not I have no idea. Everything said so far has been null to me.

Towniest so far for me would be Dietz. Rest are null. You're more null than Orbo since I have yet to see you play.

As well, how do you plan to hunt for possible indies ? Will you take the same approach as hunting scum ? do you think lynching the plausible indy should be more important ?

I expect mafia to play scummy. And I intend to catch them. I gotta keep info like this to myself for the time being cause revealing what I'm looking out for would give scum ample opportunity to adjust their play and avoid looking scummy to me.

Now it's my turn to ask why you asked this question in the first place. How does knowing what I'm looking out for contribute to your scum hunt? Shouldn't you only be concerned about what YOUR looking for?

My town reads have very little correlation with how much I agree with their reads. I'm not looking for accuracy in reads, I'm looking for intent. I'd definitely be more willing to try to understand where Dietz was coming from if I got a strong town read on him though.

Can't answer your 2nd and 3rd question for the reasons I gave in #1950.

When it comes to the indy though I honestly have no idea how to approach that slot as of yet since I have yet to play a game with an Indy faction in it. I'll be able to give a more accurate answer to that as the game goes along.

Lyncher should be easier than finding most indies, we have the luxury of knowing what his wincon is and it's something he has to do in public to be effective.

I'm becoming really suspicious of Rake asking me what I'm personally looking out for when I scum hunt. Not seeing town intent in that at all... That's the type of question I asked in my very first Mafia game cause I legitimately had no idea how to scum hunt...
