Mii Theory

I was wandering about on the Dojo!! for the umpteenth time when something just aroused me. In the December 28th "Share" update, there's a picture of the Wii menu showing the Smash Bros. Brawl Channel and the Mii Channel. Since the other channels are missing - such as the Photo Channel and the Wii Shop Channel - can we suppose that the game needs the Mii Channel because...Miis are playable? I don't know if the developpers of the game are only using a special version of the Wii, but I found it pretty disconcerting.

So, what do you think? Personally, I wouldn't mind playing as myself against King Dedede...

(If my english sucks, please forgive me. I'm from the Quebec province in Canada, and I'm still learning it. Just writing all this paragraph was a pretty challenging thing...)

Anyways yeah photo channel and all those other have to be manually downloaded from wii shop channel so all they did was not download them so it just came with disk and mii which are the only things that come with the wii.

Miis wont be in the game because itll take up too much memory because there can be 100 miis on your wii. Besides, theylle be clones of each other....

I don't know, as I can EASILY see a Mii Parade AT, or a Mii icon for online battles, something like that. There are hundreds of ways Miis could be implemented really.

I bought it in december, and i have no wireless internets.

yeah it comes with the News, Weather, Shop, and Photo when you buy it so who knows?

Yeah, & Player 2's Fox is a clone of Player 1's Fox. At least the Miis look different.

Look at Metroid Prime 3. Not only did they use the Miis for file identification, but also as an easter egg. Never know guys...just can never know anymore with Sakurai.

fail. the Photo Channel, Shop Channel, Weather Channel, and News Channel are already onthe Wii. now downloading required. They were probably just using a BETA Wii or something just to test the game and what not.

And the Mii Channel is there because it works with the Smash. Your Miis are attached to your profile.

Meh, I really wouldn't care if Mii's were in, it all really depends on Miyamoto cause he is insanely obsessed with them. Sakurai probably doesn't care about them anyways.

They can be used as icons in WiFi, so they're pretty much incorporated in Brawl.
