I would like there to still be rankings of some sort so someone should step up. They're just kind of fun and something to poke at during tournaments. People can take them seriously or just completely disregard them as they please.

I'd be willing to work with said rankings, I would just need to know exactly what I'm getting into beforehand. I can't really tell you that I could work on it if all I know is that I would more than likely be using excel >_>
