Mid-air battles with Action Replay?

Okay, if this is already on the boards, I apologise. I've searched and not been able to find what I'm about to ask for.

I've heard that using Action Replay, it's possible to hack the Secret stage called DUMMY. To be unlocked, however it is just empty blackness when unlocked. But I've heard it's also possible to hack further and add kill borders to the DUMMY level so if coupled with the infinite jumps hack, could be used perfectly for mid air battles.

What are the codes for hacking DUMMY and getting the kill borders in?
