Microsoft's acquisition on Activision Blizzard was looking on time but has now been delayed. Originally, the deadline was the 18th of July (yesterday), but it has now been renegotiated to October 18th, setting an additional 3 months on it. These 3 months are being added to work with the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) in the UK. The reason ? Concerns on Microsoft dominating the Cloud Gaming market. [Thanks, Eurogamer!]
