I'm thinking of doing another smashfest on Fri or Sun, lemme know if peep are interested, and what day they prefer.

As per threads, I think that more people would be prone to show up and discuss the specific event if the see a unique thread for the event.

of course more threads = more space = more ppl looking at it. its just that its annoying seeing 97 michigan threads pop up with nothing but smashfests. thats all.

I can agree with you.

I'd just think that the regional smash threads would be more advantageous to biased towards more, and better, gatherings than to clutter up the smashboards.

I'm not trying to argue or anything, but I will definitely make an effort not to make unnesecary threads (like a michigan SGaB carpool thread ;p)

I don't think I am going to be able to make it to SGaB. Its 500 miles, leaving laaaate friday, and coming back earrrrly sunday just doesnt sound very plausable. I'd rather just sit back up here and host a smashfest.
