Use this site instead for frame date, there's a couple of inaccuracies here (such as nair)

So Mewtwo's nair is worse [more lag] and fair is even faster than implied here [5 frames as M2K said in his really long post with a huge data dump] plus landing lag makes sense (it's all rounding down, not up, when L-cancelled). Should we get the OP updated then? Or at least have that site added to the OP so that people can see correct numbers?
