Yeah it is. Its my favorite as well.

I like to do his down taunt, followed by his side taunt if I have time so he says, "Come, fight me"

the best is mixing down taunt and side taunt
1. it says "I had enough time to taunt twice" to your enemy
2. Flap wings and point sword
3. and simply "Come, Fight me!"
