I've heard that Mew2King and DSF both think that Norfair is Meta Knight's worst stage, but after playing around with MK here, I would disagree. If anything, these tricks help MK easily stall out a match. Though I don't main Meta Knight, so I shouldn't really be talking I guess.

I thought of all of these things a few months ago, but I didn't have the idea of showcasing a "run" of all of them until now. It basically started with the idea of trying to get Norfair banned (since in some areas it isn't banned). Hopefully this will convince some to ban it.
0:04 - 0:08 --- This was the first thing I thought of doing with Meta Knight on Norfair. The only problem is that if your opponent correctly predicts where you will Dimensional Cape (DC) to, you can get edgehogged. However, from each ledge, Meta Knight has multiple options in terms of where he can go when DC'ing. This works on both sides of the stage.
0:09 - 0:11 --- Double Drill Rush. After you ledge cancel the first Drill Rush, you can edge cancel it ---again--- by Drill Rushing in the same direction as the first Drill Rush. I usually have a hard time doing that consistantly, so usually I just go for the ledge. It's great for running away from opponents. Works on both sides.
0:15 - 0:18 --- From the bottom, you can also Drill Rush onto the top platform, but MK suffers from landing lag if you decide to do this. Works on both sides.
0:27 - 0:28 --- On the top and middle platforms on both sides, roll "in" towards the middle of the stage, then you can DC away from the stage to grab the ledge.
Last DC- Ledge invincibility frames/DC invisibility frames hax
I've used these tricks in a few friendlies, and I've had a lot of success. I haven't tried it in tournament yet. Here's just a few other things MK can do here...
-After hitting an opponent into the lava that comes in from the sides, wait for him/her to airdodge and then up b. Sometimes it kills.
-When the opponent gets hit into the lava that comes up from the bottom, following up with dairs/tornado is good since the lava just "pops" him/her back up.
-You can taunt cancel on this stage. When the lava that covers the entire screen shows up, go into the capsule/bunker/homeless shelter that protects you from it. After the lava comes, the dorrs open up, and a little bit after, the bunker goes away. Just taunt a little bit before it goes away, and you'll taunt cancel. (It's not MK only, I just thought I would mention it).
