Yeah sorry that was poorly worded. Still, it seems like the forward throw to Shuttle Loop is inescapable at low percents. Easy damage for such little effort.

Would be appreciated. The more we know how to quickly rack up damage the better Meta Knight will be for it.

you can get punished on hit from even the 2nd hit of shuttle loop at low percents, and after low percents it kind of stops working so i really woudnt advise it

Thanks for the tip off. It's probably best to go for the initial Down Throw to UpSmash anyway.
