Ummm. yeah, pretty much everything. Only move that needs improvement is dimensional cape, and even that can be pretty cool in some situations.

My favorite part about Meta Knight is that his cape transforms into wings. His cape can already do things like turn him invisible, teleport him, and reflect projectiles (althought not in Brawl, sadly...). And his cape transforms into wings capable of flight. Such versatility makes him the ultimate RPG character.
