but DK64 is standard for teams (or it's supposed to be, last MLG rules I heard anyway)

Lol MLG, how old were those rules? Smash is constantly changing, remember when Onett was a legal counter pick stage or when they used to have team attack OFF? Corneria and Green Greens are still legal too, I'm surprised they haven't been banned yet. DK64 is fine as a counter pick, but it's not even enough for most characters to be a neutral stage.

Good thing this is so close to my school. But if it gets pushed back then I won't be there anymore.

DK64 is fine for doubles because w/o FoD you only have 5 stages.

Last time they had MLG it was there IIRC

Anyway this is the benefit of hosting your own tourny: you get to do what you want

anyway we're keeping it june 7 cause kira > festizzio

edit: thanks for reminding me kira, we're taking green greens off as a counterpick

nothing wrong with 5 stages, but it's up to you

especially because i love not having green greens

and dk64 is good for sheik

it's a good stage for most chars (esp floaties) that's conducive to solid 2v2 play imo, the only problem about it is seeing the stage cuz the colors suck

but i <3 dk64 and the music is awesome
