Megaman enemies revealed?

I know this is speculation but these enemies Pit is fighting sure do look like megamanesque bad guys from the X series.

It looks like it has a shell like a clam so maybe it's a badguy from Shield Shelden's level from megaman X6, who knows.

What do you guys think?

Then again there are a lot of elements to this game that don't necessarily correspond to any particular game. Like the whole modea concept.

They do look similar but, remember, games take ideas from other games some times. So, I wouldn't take this as "OMGZ MEGAMNZ IN ZAH GAMES!!!!111!!1" just yet. While, it's likely for him to appear, there's just too many versions of him to use. Why would they use the Megaman X version when they're taking the people from their latest installment game wise? (IE: Ike from Fire Emblem, Link's Twilight Princess deign etc.)

I understand Megaman originated on Nintendo. But he is capcom and has had most of it's releases on Sony systems since the PS1 came out.

So it's not like it's a given that he's going to be in it.

This proves that not all the bad guys in Adventure mode are going to be made up.

Also, I did say it was speculation so dont think of me as one of those people who think a picture like this confirms a third party character.

And noone said all of the bad guys would be made up. There was an adventure mode in Melee remember.

And I know you are talking about the sheldons, they have been in several megaman games. But they don't look anything like these things. Like pieman keeps saying, they are too organic to be MM baddies.

This is true in a way, but snake is a very unlikely character to be in brawl and most of his installments have been on the playstation, he made it.(Also, most of Megaman's releases were on Nintendo systems, 1-6, I think, and X-X3)

I think Megaman has an OK chance of getting into Brawl, if he doesn't make it, o well.

The part where I said it could be a sheild sheldon bad guy was pure specualtion just because the bad guys outer pieces looked like shells. I didn't research it at all and it wasn't meant to be stated as fact.

Being able to play as Megaman would be sweet, he's my most wanted unconfirmed Brawl character. Sakurai said he wanted 2 to 3 3rd party characters so I'm hoping megaman is one of them even if I am wrong and this update has no evidence suppoting it.

Actually, I looked at kid Icarus sprites before posting, and all the creatures that looked anything like the things I'm talking about had spikes on them.

I'm pretty sure those megaman-esque enemies are from Kid Icarus. The goat is from Wario, I think.

Edit: Yeah, I just checked on my Wii. Thats definately from Kid Icarus.

I think I was wrong. The things toward the end of RoM were radial with lots of different colors, and to shoot the balls they split in half bilaterally, not into thirds radially. But the Tros has some notable disparities from what is shown as well.
