With EGL insisting on 4 set-ups, I'm guessing most of us won't be going ( I know I won't be).

Let's get something else together. A tourny idealy, but a fest will do.

Can somebody offer a house for this weekend, or is there something else we could all go to?

a lot of ppl have cleared their schedules for smash this saturday so I say we don't waste it.

Not many serious posts....

I would have to put a cap on my house and Im not too sure who would be interested anyway.

I know in the past, Choosen One has had fest so maybe he can do something for us.

I guess post here or IM me if would like to have a fest at my place. But plz contact me because I dont want 5 ppl telling me they can come and have 30 show up. Then again, when do we ever have too many smashers...

Yeah I wanna go to m2ks. How many people can you have at your house? Husband and I would take 3 more people up there with us, that's 6 people and a good start for a fest.

i'm up for whatever, egl is looking grim. Unless they decide to accept more setups before something else gets worked out, then i'd rather do something with you guys.

I'd be down for smash, but I'd prefer staying within the MD/VA region (pretty lazy)

I'm still planning on going to EGL at the moment though...but if a smashfest were to be announced with enough interest, I'd probably do that instead.

...is Isai going to the EGL tourney? o.o

TSA is holding a biweeky/STD.

It's not too much further than Mew2Kings place and people could crash at my place in Philly/Mew2King's place if they needed to before and after if it makes things easier. I've gotta know by tomorrow if you want to come stay at my place for friday then head to the biweekly saturday though, so decide quickly.

If M2K is serious, maybe we could just go there because of the amount of people he can have and I would feel bad excluding people.

I did think about it and I did decide that if I was to hold anything, to keep the numbers down and to not have to pick between people, I would hold a fest at my place for the MD A-Team at my house this Saturday. Sorry to VA or anyone who isn’t on the A-Team but it would be a great way to train and I’m not playing favorites with anyone because I’m just picking a category of people.

Aho just posted that he is going to the tourney so if spots for people are open, I don’t see why I couldn’t fill them with other MD players. Sorry VA, if this goes down, we most likely will be talking strategy and there for, you could not be there.

This isn’t set in stone, let’s see who wants to come and just play it by ear. If someone else wants to hold one, in the area with a big head count, Id much rather do that.

I've already payed to attend EGL so I'm gonna head there. The set up thing sucks though.

I think it would be a great idea for MD A-Team to get together to practice, work on weaknesses (as if we had any), and discuss strategy. Not sure if EGL will be worth it.

a fest @ m2k's? Can I go? I need to play m2k and wifey, they're the best practice by far.
