Whaaaaa? I coulda sworn it was guranteed, ohwell. Teching in place is an awful choice when you're being tech chased anyway. Rolling away, and jumping out are probably the best options.

Esam vs Seibrik is probably the best indication of the matchup we have recently.

So the matchup is 60:40 Pikachu.
Pikachu has to camp D3 if he wants a good chance at winning. CG can easily be avoided. Killing as D3 is a bit harder than camping as Pikachu.
