usopp can transform to this guy any time during the match and this is a tough mu. his projectiles with kabuto are ridiculous, they have range, priority, and some of them have heavy knockback, best way to approach is to try and perfect shield his projectiles or else your shield WILL get blasted.

you have a pummel-grab infinite on him so lol
