-Updated! Again!- Minor peer editing included.
At least read the whole thing, please.
Grettings! Like you, I am a Marth awesomeness extremist, and as such, I have brought this to mind, for I've not seen any threads or search results pertaining to this exactly. One of my hopes is that this might become the OFFICIAL... Marth Manlygame thread (metagame pun) based on multiple definitions of manliness.
Dairun Cates has recently denounced Marth's manliness on certain terms. If you are not farmiliar of who I am talking about, or are just meaningfully scratching your head now, I am talking about this.

Check his second part for the man tier, and you'll see one reason I feel this thread is nececarry for my sanity and your's.
Anyways, I am hoping to expand this thread (Meaninfully meaningful edits of this post) through your (and mine's) discussion on all aspects of what Marth covers as manliness in all terms.
Only term excluded from this is manliness is the... erm... purely physical meaning, as we know, Marth already ranks quite nicely in that ...
Anyways, onto thee discussion. Feel free to expand the definition of manliness on your own terms, and please, I beg, say something helpful.
Who knows? maybe an entirely 'nother thread based solely on Manlygame will pop up somewhere, but for now, this is solely about Marth and to knowledge the general public (or me. o.o), denounce tomfoolery about Marth's gender, and denounce the mocking laughter that came from your friends after you first told them that Marth was a guy.
~Remember, Marth's original name was less 'womanly' in the japanese version, but due to NoA's incompetence, it was translated from Marusu.
Random facts like ^^^this^^^ add to Marth's manliness. So basically, this thread is Accumulate, Collaborate, and Organize... and discussion.
Thanks for reading this all at least... Have fun.
Marusu Manliness Chart of Facts (MMCF) Bases.

Manliness based on acting/emotions
-Real men have a soft side. If a man appears to be too manly, then... well... it's back to the edo era. Marth is a man.
---
Manliness based on Honor/valor.
Marth, in Fire Emblem, honored all of his opponents by offering them their life after defeat in even combat, even going as far as to letting them join his ranks. His steadfast courage and daring (punishable) moves at the same time as being powerful also show honor to the opponent, for using his most potent moves.
---
Manliness based on Dairun Cates's explaination
Rule 1. Marth has an extreme amount of finishing moves, abeit not being extremely powerful ones, they're all punishable, so that also helps for rule two.
Rule 2. Although extremely hard, Marth can own off the stage and then miss the ledge or just plain ignore the ledge for rule two, fastfall Dair tipper is extremely hard, and extremely hard to recover from. I guess Marth's excellent recovery helps against this.
Rule 3. Experienced Marth players do not spam... much. Period.
Rule 4. Marth, being a unique exception, is a ranged melee combatant. I preffer to switch the 'range' part of this rule to projectiles.
Rule 7. It may be common knowledge that some Marth players (including me) john a lot more when they lose than others do. o.o We can work on it.
Rule 8. Marth is all about 'unfair advantages' if you could put it that way, this is basically saying, don't take opening's because your opponent messed up (Punishing). Nearly impossible without losing, you can play horribly so for helping rule two for this.
Rule 11. It is extremely hard in essence to do this with higher-tiered characters, because there are just plain more videos of them doing... ermm, stuff. it's hard to find a even slightly good unique style for high-tier. I consider this rule to be invalid on this account.
Rule 12. This rule is based solely on unexplained reasonings that absolutely have no backround, and is completely prejudiced, I am considering it invalid.
---
Manliness based on the way (Insert character name here) moves/looks.
-Marth doesn't fully extend his arm on most of his swings. This is because he tried doing that in melee and the result was Azen. He has to purposely reduce his own effective range to give other people a chance. MK is a shameless Marth wannabe. Also, if you know anything about physics you'll know that keeping your arms bent on most attacks is extremely stressful on the human body, but marth is too manly for that to matter.
-Marth has a cape, people usually take their capes off in combat because they get in the way. Marth has no problem keeping his cape magnificently clean even after slaughter legions of his enemies in fire emblem AND in brawl.
-He still kicks Patootey with a tiara on.

---
Manliness based on voice pitch/smoothness/sexyness.
-Marth's smooth tenor voice blows all reasonings of sexyness out the window as childsplay.
---
Their Pre-brawl history
-Marusu's family was murdered, his kingdom got invaded, he made an army from scratch, one of his friends betrayed him, one was killed right before his eyes, and I belive he had to kill the one that betrayed him earlier, he's on the front lines with his men always.

Arguments section- Area where people present the arguments that others presented against marth's manliness. Then we, the fans, denounce these reasonings and arguments with our shrewd tactics of awesomeness.
Otherwise? The Tiara?... look above, nooch.
His hair? Awesome it is. no? it looks like a girl's you say?... google 'women hair' with safesearch on, try and find one that looks like Marth's.
Because he has no beef? Nintendo did this with a lot of their characters that are still strong. Comparatively, look at Ike, I mean, he looks lean and weakish like Marusu, in real life, to lift that thing, he would have 10x the visible muscle.
At least read the whole thing, please.

How so? Because he is elegant? Men can be elegant. Nay, that's called flexibility, not girly stupidity. That's what I bet you'd call it.OHMAGHANDI marth looks like a sissy *** girl barbie.
Otherwise? The Tiara?... look above, nooch.
