Tier list of who dies to a tippered uncharged marth foward smash in the middle of final destination with no/little VI. I'll probably do fair kill percentage or u-throw kill percentage later this week. (Which ever one is wanted more.
This was done in training mode, so no fresh move bonus or rage effect.

In conclusion Marth can kill fairly early, but only with a tipper. Actually, Marth's non tippered moves are pretty bad. In melee and project m, I can use non tippers to combo. However, in this game, anything not tippered has terrible knockback/hitstun. Tippered fair sends enemies about twice as far, and non tippered f-smash rarely kills below ~125-150.
Also, Marth's sword completely passes though a lot of characters, (meta knight also has this problem). It's like the opposite of melee, where Marth's sword hitbox was slightly bigger. I had the sword trail pass though yoshi's snout, and had a bunch of times where I saw the sword itself pass though harmlessly.
