I am Japanese born , and can verify that Roys taunt 'kore wo mite kure' translates into English as 'look at this'. Or is it 'ore wo mite kure' I forget. In that case it would translate as 'look at me'. The difference being that 'kore' is the Japanese word for 'this' and 'ore' is one of the several Japanese words for 'I' (there is no distinction in Japanese between the English word I or me) I'll have to go back and listen to the sound test to be sure. Maybe I'll also get around to putting everything else him and Marth say in to English.

A cold frozen peak...
with all the explanations of "look at me" or "look at this" or "everyone, listen to me," maybe if you just kinda even it all out, a better taunt would be something like "everyone, obey me"

i don't think any of you are correct. marth says "minna, mite ite kore." this has been said when someone is going away to battle. pay attention to me, as i am leaving for battle, i believe is what it translates to.

Holy ****, that's probably the most epic necro I've ever seen.
nah, i saw one from the day of melee release (or close) in the us. It was a european complaining that they get it a year later, and i dont blame them. The person that bumped it was like:

"and here we are now, 6 years later, and they get screwed over again. ha."

lol...good times...or more specifically, bad times...

Winning taunts.

Says: Boku wa makeru wake-ni wa ikanainda.
Means: There's no way I can lose.

Says: Konkai wa boku no kachi da ne?
Means: Doesn't it seem I am the victor?

Says: Kyou mo ikinobiru koto ga dekita.
Means: Today, I have survived.

Ingame taunt

Mina, miteite kure.
Wich directly translated means: Everyone, look at me.

Hahahah, 5 years...

When Marth taunts:
"Minna, miteite kure" which means "Everyone, watch me!"

When Marth wins:
1. "Konkai wa boku no kachi da ne?" which translates to "It's my win this time, huh?"
2. "Kyou mo ikinobiru koto ga dekita", which translates to "Today, I have survived."
3. "Boku wa makeru wake-ni wa ikanainda!" which translates to "There's no way I can lose!"

Also when he counters with his down B move he says:
"Soku Da!" Which mean "That's enough!"

Edit O somebody already posted the translation, mm, guess I should've read the thread
