Marth counters that work against spin attacks

Hi everyone! I'm rather new to this forum.

I was wondering about some tips for countering a spinning Luigi (who really loves to spin attack around the stage). Would the tips you give work against Ice Climbers spinning attacks?

When they are far away and you can react fast enough try using your down B or learn how to up B out of shield.

Sheild -> grab...
