Marth actually wields a Hook!?

After being hit with Marth's forward smash a million times (especially on top of platforms) I have noticed that Marth's sword is nothing like other swords but like that of a hook. It hooks onto other characters and pulls them across the screen...unlike a sword that would slash someone....(just putting it out there) anyone else agree? Disagree?
