k wtf I can't do drop fair from top platform to right platform like you do in the video. (I can do it rarely, but the sound of the fair doesn't come out) Is my stick messed?

Would this count as a joystick test? It might be useful because it works the left side of the joystick instead of the right:

Go to mushroom kingdom
Go to bottom left platform
Roll to the middle (near the two balancing platforms), face right
Do a full stick jump bair towards the left edge of the above platform
If your range is correct, you should slide off enabling you to do another bair.

edit: with fox

I think he meant with Fox. Saying this for other people because I had to try with a bunch of characters to figure out who he meant >_>

Note - doesn't work if you're swaying from the edge. You have to roll to the edge and turn around, or do a dash attack/fsmash/dash grab/whatever

With the fireman drill do you jump with the stick as well? I was using c down.

Pretty bad question, but when I jump with the stick I always end up doing and "UP B".

And when I use the c buttons my jump never seems high enough.

^ That's the whole point. Use the stick to jump. It's about control.

I don't think it was a bad question. If you want to increase character control it's really good practice.

I would certainly recommend doing the fireman drill instead of brushing your mum's hair.

Yea fireman drill is great.

Brushing your mums hair is good to increase wrist strength for maximum **** DI though

Make sure you are tap jumping, and tap jumping, er, correctly. You don't wanna hold right and then tap up to the top-right corner (kind of like sliding it up the right side - you won't get full height), you wanna tap up from a neutral position and roll it to the right (kind of like a quarter-circle). Basically go up and then right, not right and then up-right. Based on my experience anyways.
