Actually "The Mist" is based in BRIDGTON, Maine. Which is where I lived during high school.

Really? Bridgton? My bad. People said it was Rumford, which made sense to me at the time.


And no, it's not an island...though we've got an island where a handful of businesses are based.
It's about an hour and a half south of Portland.

One of the characters blames the Mist on the mill in Rumford.

What’s that mist? “It’s the pollution from Rumford,” someone says squinting into the mountains, possibly to the town whose paper-mills create smells of legend around Maine.

Holy crap, I finally found this thread today! I've been looking to see if there was anyone from NH that is on here, turns out there is more than expected. I haven't gone through this whole thread, but I was wondering if there are ever tournies run anywhere in Southern NH (especially Manchester, my hometown). If so I'd LOVE to attend or in the least bit, maybe play some other NH brawlers.
