these things will mostly be for fun, but there are a few useful tips in here.

this first video focuses on snake and diddy (or anyone else you can glide toss against)

my next video will have metaknight and falco in most of it, along with whatever else i find.

Excellent video. It doesn't tell you how to do things, but encourages you to look it up yourself. Good times. It's in my favorites now. Can't wait for more.

We were having a discussion on glide tossing, and since then i have been using it. Good stuff though, though next time show us the glide toss on normal speed, to show people how fast that ish is.

That melee tech was nostalgic...seeing that makes me wish wavedashing was still in.

Good stuff. one thing you may want to test for your next one is that (at least with certain spacing if not all of the time -saw it in one of Boss's vids) upsmash>MK's glair. If it's all of the time/easy to space it could be especially helpful in that matchup.

[Whoo! 100 posts!]

how do u glide toss?!?! that was amazing!!!
Grab item
Start a roll
Throw the item before you start the rolling animation

As mentioned in the vid, it only works in reverse though.

Do u mean the glidetoss only works throwing backwards? because i have seen it done throwing it down.

I think I understand what he means. When Luigi does a reverse glide toss, he gets the huge added momentum with his low traction so that he covers more distance and a greatset up for a firejump punch espically against Diddy :p

Yeah, but the point is you throw the item towards the enemy to trip them, so you can follow up with the UpB. You can throw it any direction you want, it doesn't matter, iirc.

You can always mix up a Glide Toss game. A good Diddy of course does that as well :p Usually I glide toss down for the mind game too. Or I keep throwing it down for mind games. Learning how to glide toss is pretty nifty espically those like Diddy, ZSS and others whom I forgot lol is good for luigi cause he can be like Evo top tier character lulz o.O

Thats why teaming with the aforementioned is awesome, i usually team with a diddy and we make the banana game a huge part of our attack.

the problem is that if the enemies are smart enough to take control of the banana game, and if diddy sucks at banana game (player in general duh) then your team work been cut half or even more and you'll be sent straight to devil's son and have a bad spanking from him lol.

Oh Noes @_@, anything but that! Well its always a good idea to team with a diddy that knows how to use the bananas, and seriously though, my friend and I play in a certain way when it comes to doubles. We alternate sides: one person is always in the air, the other is always on the ground. Or, one person is in the air on the left side, the other on the right. Or, both of us on opposite sides. It sounds kinda stupid, but by spacing yourself, you won't have to worry about losing bananas when they are thrown. An example:

Lets say a match starts on FD and the characters spawn in this order: Luigi, Diddy, Enemy1, and Enemy2. Diddy pulls a banana while Luigi does a rising dair (or w.e) to grab it. Diddy does a dash attack through Enemy1 and does a RAR bair while Luigi throws the banana forward. It hits Enemy2 which protects Diddy's back. Luigi lands near Enemy1 and proceeds with a buffered ShieldGrab or something, throwing Enemy1 away. Diddy hits Enemy2, grabs the banana and throws it to Luigi, who glidetosses it back to Enemy1.

Yeah it sounds situational and unlikely to happen, but think of it like playing any team sport: you watch your teammates and coordinate your movements with theirs. I'll contact the Diddy i teamed with and make a couple videos showing some of this stuff done. Because of the banana game, Diddy is one of the best teammates, but his abilities can be exploited further if Luigi is on his team.
