Seriously, though... can we even have a SSB without Luigi? He was in the last two games, so it's pretty safe to say he'll be in.

More than likely the characters that have been in the previous two Smash Bros will definitely be in. As for the Melee newcomers, I would say the clones are the ones I would have doubts about returning. YOu should not worry about Luigi thoughm, he'll be in.

I'd be really surprised if Luigi doesn't make it in. He is one of the original 12, after all. I know it's not a guarantee, but it's pretty likely that Luigi, being definitely one of the most recognizable video game characters ever (right after Mario), will be in.
