Why all the Lucas hating? Do we not want Mother 3 now? Lucas in Brawl means more attention to the franchise, guaranteed. I know I didn't know anything about C. Falcon before Smash, and a little while after, another F-Zero game was released. Coincidence? I think not.

I was Lucas, because that makes Claus more likely to be in the game. And...well, Claus is just awesome. I personally think, since said Sakurai he wants to add more Mother characters (See SamuraiPanda thread) this will be the "spoiler" in the game. Read no further if you don't want spoilers.

I think Claus will be a playable character along with lucas. This is a spoiler, because Claus disappears until later in the game. He is "killed" and then is brought back by Pokey as a Cyborg. He has a Beam sword, a energy gun on his arm and a robotic helmet that controls him and makes him do evil. He is also known as "masked man". He would be an awesome playable character and is my #1 most wanted character. There is a reason he was mentioned multiple times on the poll. I first thought he was a lame Lucas clone, but I was wrong.

Man, if that guys prediction about 1 character from the oringinal 12 leaving I hope its Ness. And its starting to look good. Even though I would like to see Ness in the game that would mean Jigglypuff wouldn't make the cut. And in my case Jigglypuff>Ness.

There are a whole bunch of idiots that try to make spoilers and crap and such but starman.net isn't like that. They can acsess that kind of info from Nintendo since they are the biggest Earthbound site on the net. Plus they try to find out any kind of info about any kind of earthbound info from any game. That includes smashbros. That would be pretty cool if Pokey was part of the villians in brawl.

That's what I thought about... Pokey for Brawl. But he doesn't seem really fit in. Maybe as an AT.

Well the "A-Button" is to do attacks and.. jk jk.

He is a very hard character to master, i'll give you that, and I think he should stay in Brawl. Maybe Lucas and him both could be characters with completely different movesets, no clones.

I normally discredit most people or sites who say that they have insider information but don't say where from. but for some reason i'm interested in this. Maybe because it does seem likely.

I've never played and Earthbound game (they haven't been released in Europe), but for some reason i feel sad to think of Ness leaving. I used him a lot in SSB, so maybe it's because of that.

We'll just have to wait and find out.
