lucario, ness, and jigglypuff are confirmed to be in brawl

well nintendo has leaked out that lucario, ness, and jigglypuff are indeed in brawl... great job guys :laugh:
this is great... lucario is gonna be the ****!!!
but was ness really necessary??? lucas already has similar moves, and the earthbound series sux in general.... one person is good enough
and jigglypuff has no use except for beating event match 51 in melee, but other than that he's a sack of hot air... ill pop that **** in 2 secs...
but yea... im glad we got this heads up on the characters
its a good exchange for making us wait so **** long for brawl!!!!!
P.S: PIkmin's gonna suck. I just started forgeting about that terrible game he was in, and nintendo decides to sprinkle him onto my delicious brawl sundae lol

You really live up to your current status of smash no0b...

For one thing, Jigglypuff does not suck. She is one of the best characters. (higher tier, I believe)

Secondly, the Earthbound series is excellent. I doubt that you've had the chance to play Mother 3, so you're basing your speculation off nothing here.

Pikmin was also incredible, both games. But of course, you obviously have some problems with judgment of quality.

There was already a thread in this not too long ago. Also, Jigglypuff kicks ***, I can tell you never faced a person who could beat you with Jiggly. Also, don't be too quick to judge Olimar and the Pikmin. Still, I agree with you that Lucario is going to be awsome.

That doesn't explain your attitude towards Jigglypuff and Pikmin & Olimar. Obviously you're not a very good Melee player, or any video game for that matter. Just because you couldn't beat a Pikmin game (because they are strategy games, which may be beyong your level), that doesn't mean they are bad, nor does it mean the character will suck.

WHAAT? How dare you insult Pikmin! That is probably the most creative, captivating, and refreshing game I've played in my entire life. For insulting it, I'll send a curse at you in it's defense... I HOPE YOUR WII DIES ON MARCH 9TH!

Ouch, those are some rather harsh words... I don't really think the Earthbound series sucks, it's more of a case of the Earthbound series being too weird. It's never been the most technically advanced series, and it has some very weird and emotional storylines, but it's by no means a sucky series. It's probably just too deep for you... many people praise it for a reason, and that's probably why most people don't really like it. They make it seem like it's Chrono Trigger-level production quality. Before anyone says anything, that's a fine game too.

I think Ness is pretty necessary addition to Brawl as well. Thanks to Ness being in the previous Smash games and the cult that is earthbound, he has acquired many fans who would be rather disappointed if he left now, yet also want to see the new little kid from MOTHER 3... what's so wrong with putting one or two clones in the game to please fans?

Anyhow, this topic is pretty old and has been discussed before. It's not like this contributes anything to the matter besides being flame-bait... and you sure got me, hook line and sinker.

Your title fits well (noob). The Pikmin series is great. Pikmin 2 MP was a blast. Too bad you can handle it. Too complex?

no i did play them, there's no action, its kinda boring... and pikmin isnt gonna be good cuz he has to rely heavily on little shrubs....
and i am pretty good at melee, especially since its the one game i can play for like 4 hours straight... im decent aiight?? and jigglypuff cant be as good as ur making him sound...
jeez... my first thread and u guys have the suxiest welcoming party period.

Decent? You make me laugh. Jiggs is one of the better characters in the game.

I'm surprised I didn't flame this thread actually...Ness/EarthBound/Jigglypuff=Pure awesomeness...so I HIGHLY disagree with the OP.

But I like Earthbound and Pikmin! That's like my favorite game followed by a great game.

Jigglypuff is as strong as they say, when in the right hands.
