Dude playing Lucarion in classic mode, he seems to have a meteor smash in his moveset somewhere, and most of his attacks came out quick, though his u-smash had a bit of post lag. Its a little laggy, but hey, its gameplay.

Pretty sure, that's all the characters in Brawl and there's no Mewtwo. Unless he's amazingly hidden in some fashion that no one got him... sorry, Mewtwo. =/
