Love for the Phantom

Do we have a list of all the characters that Phantom can gimp. You would think all, but I recently had the idea of trying to gimp Marth by falling from the ledge and putting a phantom directly below the lip of the stage to stop him from grabbing the ledge using UpB, but he went right through the Phantom. :(

I was hoping it would work like Little Mac or Fox's side B and just wall them out, but it didn't.

Do we know who can and can't be gimped with Phantom?
