If I were you, I'd check out Marth boards and see if you can find someone from around your area. A marth user is more likely to find you there than in the Blogs.

His thread would get closed there though, so I'd suggest a brief intro in their Social Thread.

As for here, there are several good Marths that visit blogs, I'm sure one or two will pop in and say hello.

I assumed they had either a social or a marth finder thread. If they have either, he should be set.

Are you looking for an offline Marth to train with? Or perhaps you can do online and deal with the lag?

Darn it, Nightsky! You beat me to it!

But yeah, the Smash School needs more activity anyway, and you could help. :) S.O.L.I.D.'s the Marth teacher there.

yeah sorry about that S.O.L.I.D., but yeah i mean i would talk about marth here (which i can) but i would also like someone to brawl me and like teach me new stuff and tips. I would love if someone could do that for me. It's weird though because many people i brawl say that i have a different marth playing style, and i just want to make my marth really good, because I might have a friendly with MR.R (an AMAZING marth main) so thanks guys!

Sness,

heres a thread you should def read up on

http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=229253

Zoning with marth. Since marth is all about spacing, its rly important to know how to use tipper attacks and how to keep your opponent within those tipper zones.

Also just in case u didnt know, since Marth does have a blind spot under him. If your up against an opponent that is trying to roll dodge behind you or get under you while your a SH distance away from the platform. c stick an Fair and DI backwords. Fair has a ending hit box that goes to his legs and it should hit them.

dont worry about ATs or anything. Just worry about how to play marth with just the basics. Dont move onto ATs untill you feel you've really REALLY mastered the basics.

sometimes op the best teacher is yourself. As long as you practice marth and vigilantly do research on his AT's, the match ups, you'll be fine. I dont post on the character boards often, but they're the best resources around. All of them so abuse all the knowledge they have to offer.

well, to be honest, I don't really mind if it's a high experienced marth, i mean it would be awesome, but at least one that knows what to do in certain situations and one that would like to help a fellow marth main :D
