instructions:
Get latest winamp, this is required.
Download Peercast http://210.224.181.26/peercast-vp/peercast-VP0026.zip
Run it with the .exe
Go to http://kp.podzone.net/, click on the first link at the bottom (チャンネル一覧)
Now the bananas on the side are what you click on to view that persons stream. Since I cant read Japanese (and Im guessing you cant) you might have to just go down the list and look for someone who has a SSBB stream up.
Edit: And lastly to add a little more clarification from Thino![Bee :bee: :bee:](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
)
Edit: One last note here from Tabris and I agree,![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Final note, dead streams can stay up for an hour or two before they are reported dead and taken down.
______________
Final note 2, when do click a stream a blank page will open up in your browser, and then Peercast should say finding channel and hopefully Winamp will open up on its own (unless you already have it open) and start the stream. Once it does it is okay to close that blank page. (For Winamp, not sure about WMP)

Edit: One last note here from Tabris and I agree,
Use peercast and please don't limit your upload speed with a program or anything. Otherwise the stream will probably die and nobody can watch.One of the main reasons why the streams are lagging is because people will connect without having downloaded and opened peercast. So they'll be leeching from the stream, and if multiple people do this, the person who is streaming the video will not have the upload speed to handle the amount of requested bandwidth and you'll get lag.
