Live hitbox range display

Modify in a hitbox range attached to the character that could be cycled through attacks. It would not neccesary have to create the exact hitbox shape (although that would be amazing), and could be just a line. Would also be cool for it to flash on and off when you are in a state where you can and can't perform that move.

I know next to nothing about creating codes but maybe you could modify the item grab range or the ledgesnapbox to take in a few variables and cycle through them by hitting an input code. Or even better if it's accessing the selected character's item range, then perhaps it could take the character's hitbox's furthest size+xposition.

The reason this isn't really technically feasible is that hitboxes are basically bubbles attached to the character's bones. In other words, they aren't a static offset from the character's center; they're attached to the arm, or leg, or sword that they belong to. So, a lot more work would have to go into this than simply, for instance, drawing an inactive hitbox.
