peach is rough with falcon.
space your nairs well enough that cc dsmash won't hit you
uair when peach is above you, it outranges her dair and forces her to either get hit or air dodge
you should ask / search in scar's thread

For my personal experience, it's a "kill or be killed" kind of match up, because both character can **** each other really well. Make you grabs count, if she lets you grab her one time, make her pay for that, try not to mess up and combo the **** out of her. Otherwise, like Tomacawk said, space well and don't get overly aggressive, it will hurt you. Enjoy your uair, if she's above you it's always your best option, and it works really well too.
