Leicestershire Smashers: Do you exist?

I know there are a thousand and one UK threads lying around this corner of the boards but there are far too many to look through each individually to find out which on is appropriate so I'm posting here.

Pretty simple, do any smashers exist in Leicester? If so, where? I'm in Leicester over the Christmas period until about January 5th/6th, not got much to do and need some banter.

Check yenriths midlands/lincolnshire thread theres someone posting in there from leicester. Other than that there aint ever been any leicester players :/

Anyway, yes we do exist. Me and some friends play Melee/Brawl every now and again. There is also a Brawl Tournament (formally Melee) held in Leicester every year, this year around 30 people came, and I'm sure I could get a few of them together. But I doubt any of them would want to get together around this period.

Come back in the Summer and we would be good to go. =D

Hey im new to the boards. Ive been playing smash for about 2 weeks and i know im really good. I think i could probably beat you with my main (Young Link) i live in the centre of lei****e****e so im ready to play at any time.

Yeah sure. I think I could possibly get around 10-20 people to come down to say London tourney for instance, although it all depends on the cost of traveling there and back, where to stay etc. Maybe some of you guys could come up to the next tournament in Leicester. The guys organising it are trying to make it pretty big, they expect around 100+ next year, so come to Leicester.

Yeah the E4 are full of cocky guys. They only have 2 good players. D.Fox is a bit of a ****, the E4 are no where near the best players in UK as they claim to be. The Marth guy is really good however.

My Falco had like 1 weeks training. Now I could probably beat all of them.
