Well, I was just messing around and this happened:

I think the momentum on the start of the move may have caused this, thoughs?

This is just initial speculation, but we could potentially get a Bair off of this on some characters (assuming we can consistently reproduce it).

You hold down forward near the ledge to consistently get it
