Kirby isn't Snake. Kirby recovers from below and will rarely find himself in that position. We are also always read to bair and use hammers/ inhale to keep our distance. Kirby is never in a rush to recover and will try and bait you the whole time.
Kirby will never have to use an UpB unless hit multiple times while recovering, which Falco just simply isn't able to do.

"Also, combert, his best killing smash isn't used alot, mostly for killing, so you're not using it in a situation where it won't hit." ~letterbomb
idk who this combert guy is, but....
Of course his best killing smash isn't used a lot. Neither is ours. That's why it's a killing smash. Why would anyone try and use a smash in a situation where it wouldn't hit? The fact of the matter is that Falco's best killing smash is slower (harder to hit) and is also weaker so I don't understand your argument whatsoever.

I agree that Falco can hit a laser every so often. We can't predict every single one and duck, but Falco isn't going to be able to camp to his heart's desire. The range game is neglibible, it's like saying that it will be hard to hit Falco with a final cutter shockwave, but you can't predict them all. Overall, the percent will probably only add up to the same percent you receive from being off the stage but not dead.
