I have heard lots about Kirby over jigs and jigs over kirby. People making numbers up to confuse people, about stocks, frames, and all sorts of bulljunk. First of all, the STAGE plays a part in what can be done when your facing a kirby or jigs, vise versa, or any other character.
Combos. Pretty much set it done. If you can pull off 0 to death combos vs jiggs, kirby, dittos, then you pretty much win. Now if you take Jigs vs kirby, and DO NO COMBOS and just do single hits, who do you think will come out on top. It's pretty much the person who has the better spacing, quicker, more accurate then the other player.
Now if you talking about 2 top pros, that known everything about the game, then thats a differnet story when it comes to who's over who. It's just skill, knowning what to do for counter attacks, etc.
To be honest, YEA SOME MOVES over power other moves that others have, you ever have that time where you both hit at the same time, and nothing happens but the animation of the charactes move goes through. Well thats pretty much happen to me about every move all chracters can do. SPACING. Some are slow and some are fast.
What this really comes out to, If your a Dumb, and know nothing about smash, and you only played it like 2 times, then a chart for who's over who and who has the frame of a fireball that goes 4.gay.****** over another frame of an bair gay-attack or whatever bulljunk, then it be worth knowning whos over who when it comes to moves and combos and attacks because your a dumb at the game.
Now if you already have knowledge of the game and play it like it's the blood that goes through you(malva00), then there is no JOHNS this character is over this character, because you know what to do spacing, control, attacks, DI, etc.
So pretty much, A pro ANY CHARACTER should be able to take on AND BEAT any other character, with ANY CHARACTER regardless of PRIORITY, "my foot sticks up CF as.s quicker then he can run away," "jiggs is over kirby, kirby is over falcon, ****.is over.*****" bulljunk.
