Diddy can too, kirby's is slower than diddy's but if you DI above the hits and uair then it can hit falco.

oh? Falco's jab always annoyed me, just because it seems to come out so fast and always seems to hit. Most Falco's follow it up with reflector, but I'm usually able to get out of range of that in time.

So is that smash DI? Are you spamming the c-stick and control stick up at the same time? I understand DI fairly well, but I don't think I'll ever fully get it until a "pro" shows me its functions in person.

It works

The DI is with the JoyStick. The DI is has to be (if Falco is on Right) to the Uper right corner. Press A untill you get the Uair.

Falco cant Crouch, Use DownB or use the Jab attacks again without getthing hit by the Uair (if DI'd right). All he can do is Shield or Spotdodge; but since kirby does the Uair while falling, you can just as easaly grab and do anything you want from there ( and even if you connect the Uair, you can still grab at low%).

Falco just got a whole lot less anoying IMO.

I had to use my little brother. It took me a while since he doesn't take that much direction and every so often, he starts attacking me just for the hell of it.

You just DI towards his face basically, hold the control stick diagonally up towards his beak, and just keep mashing the c-stick up. easy as hell :D

It is pretty easy to perform, but if the Falco wises up, he will probably shield the Uair.

I think its better to perform it once, then when you go for it agian, (asuming the Falco isn't a noob,) don't do the Uair and just land and grab.

It makes his Jab into an uneven exchange of damage for him ( his jab does 7 damage without decay and a Complete hit Uair will do 12 without decay).

No, it's 10.

And even though this is possible, you still have to watch out for Jab Cancel -> Grab.
Oh well, I swore I got a 12 once. But still, 10 to his 7 is good. Allthought the Jab cancel to Grab is true aswell.

you know you can just you know..press back and down...ducking causes his reflector to go over your head and miss....of course you have to time it right but it works for me all of the time.

But reflector shoots out fast, it would be hard to know when or if the Falco uses it. If you back out you can just jump before he stops jabbing and sends out the reflector. Then you can attack him from above.
