King Dedede vs Luigi matchup discussion (with and w/o infinite)

DeDeDe's Ftilt makes it a bit hard for luigis to approach but what I like to do is cyclone towards them then mash B so it rises then follow up with another tornado. It works alot because most people will anticipate a Nair or Dair so they try to sheildgrab but get hit instead.
