Washington's top went to an Oregon tournament the other day, and we got to record the finals. It ended up being 3 sets of me vs Ka-master, so here they are.

Sexiest tech skill. Ever.

After watching the rest of the videos, I have to say that your amazing sexy tech skill is also what gets you killed the most. D:

Like, at 2:30 in game 2-1.

Wow, nice. Only watched the first match so far, but I've never seen fox's illusion be used in a combo like that before. I guess it works cause luigi slides so far away when you shine him.

omfg i worship your fox otto, its so amazing. i cant believe i actually got to see you play at the tourney ( iwas the kid with the white shirt and long hair). PLus i love your falco its way fast.

I did that just today. loll

I realized that you could also (if you hit with the dair);

Dair, jab, shine while luigi is still in the air, then waveshine usmash. Because he's floating, he doesn't get sent as far from the shine as he would sliding along the ground. Using this method, you can easily waveshine usmash a luigi...even WITH D.i.

He forgot to say that it works at high percentages where the jab sends you up (it juggles) jab>shine doesn't not combo so maybe luigi will be able to nair you before you can do it but you can CC his nair if you're at low % and then shine before he touches the ground, but if he ASDI the jab you wont be able to connect with the shine

Tourneys, yes. super Champ Combo.
Vids...possibly. Depends on if I get far enough a SCC to get recorded. :p
You could buy the OC3 DVD when that cmes out. I mighht have had a set or two on there. I think me vs King got recorded.

i have something to say.

after watching these matches i feel that although fox is said to counter luigi that it is no longer true. i noticed 2 things in those matches. 1 was SW's tech skill did not help him 2 much. im not here to bash SW i think his tech skill is amazing and what not and hes really good, but it seems like sometimes hes not really focused on actually avoiding ka masters combos. 2 i noticed that Ka-Master is 2 good lol. if anyone is gonna beat him from washing ton they are gonna hafta use someone of then the top tier characters cuz he is one of those players that just knows how to beat them.

i have no advice because im not better the SW and i dont think he needs more mindgames or whatever. all im saying is that there looked like a lot of opportunities where he culd have quickly gimped Ka but instead went for the combo kill.

otherwise good laser spamming cuz thats one of the few things fox can do to actually win this match up. and good edgegaurding cuz i understand how hard it is to edgegaurd luigi.

#1- Easy as hell to edge-guard luigi, just shine his a$$.

#2- There is no need for "washing ton" to use high tiers...they already do. (Fox, anyone?)

#3 - Fox has the fastest move in the game. He also carries with him ridiculous vertical kill potential, on not one, but TWO k.o friendly kicks.

Sorry to take a shot at ya but...yea, its the truth.

Umm, lol, pretty sure you probably don't know much at all about Luigi's recovery...so uhh..yah. Sorry to sound rude, but it was pretty necessary.

I'm going to use some basic logic and assume he's saying Washington would have to use something other than top-tiers to beat me. Which isn't true, but he's not saying WA needs to use top-tiers.

Do you know a smasher named C 3? He's this Luigi I know that says he liked talked to you and you helped him with his game and stuff.

I think you're an amazing Luigi, and I know more about the match-up than I think you're giving me credit for. One of the top players in my region is a Luigi main.

I do know alot about it. I was being stupid when I said to 'shine his a$$'. What I mean to say is he is EXTREMELY easy to edge-guard with Fox. Bairs (like Gimpyfish mentioned), and shines **** his >B haard. I duno about a pro WEegi though, I've never had the pleasure of facing one. The shine will cut through Luigi's >B like butter, and if you have no DJ you're pretty much screwed.

It actually did. I THOUGHT he meant that Washington players needed to use high tiers, and that they didn't. When I said 'Fox, anyone?', I was referring to Silent Wolf. He's a Washington player that uses a high tier.

I never once implied to know everything about the match-up. I just said that in it, Fox has two really strong vertical K.o moves.
