If Marth uses his over-B combo on Luigi's shield, Luigi can drop shield and jab between the third and fourth hits.
And I'm sure Luigi mains know what to do with a jab.

I believe he can also usmash OOS (i.e. jump-cancelled, not shield dropped) and maybe nair.

Test and see if there are any other interesting punishments you can come up with.
