Icon Theory was blown out of the water with the Pichto Stage announcment. It is a debatable theory and not 100%. However, I do think G & Watch comes back. He is not confirmed however.

You do know it's possible and VERY likely he could have confused Kirby for Jigglypuff? He doesn't always bring up a characters' name in the Codec, he never said anything about Wario. He just said Wario was creepy, and I'm sure he isn't that obsessed with the game to remember the likely close to 40 characters he had to voice codec for.

(He's in obviously. I mean, there's more antagonists around by in Brawl. Starfox is a wonderful series for an antagonist representin'. Andross** could be another, but Wolf is more loved. Monkey heads who ***** slap Arwings aren't as popular as wolves, I know.)

** Kawashimakimiyama (or whatever the Brain DS game guy was) was on the poll. Sakurai would obviously be able to put in a floating object/person into the game if he put one in the poll. That's enough to back up Andross, I hope.

His 16bit counterpart (AT one) ruling him out, can be countered with Young Link and Link in Melee. It's pretty self explanatory.
