I highly, highly doubt he'll release everything before the Japanese release. That is, unless a good portion of the characters on the dojo are secrets and he only has a few more characters to reveal before the FULL roster is complete. <---I really doubt that.

My guess is that most of the characters on the dojo are starters, and he will first finish the starters, and then, right around and after the released date, he will reveal the majority of the secrets.

imo, i think hes gonna announce one more newcomer. cuz lets face it,theres 22 characters now (zamus doesnt count in my book) and a supposed total of 40,lets go w/ 40 just for theoretical purposes.so that means that theres 18 characters yet to be revealed.since theres 2 months remaining,that means @ least 9 charactes a month=2.5 characters a week.sakurai would never do such a thing.

Animal Crosser has gotten a lot of representation, early, exposed representation. I don't think Sakurai would reveal all of this AC content, but keep the character unlockable.
